Where did it all begin?
The starting point of Dimzique Jewellery can be traced back to 2002, when Yvonne Manyiki, Founder & Owner, started working at a craft market stall in Cape Town. Fast forwarding the hands of time by 11 years, Yvonne formally registered and started trading as Dimzique Jewellery, specializing in a variety of high-quality, handcrafted beaded jewellery designs that are affordably and locally manufactured. We have now been in business for the last 8 years, and it is all because you choose to support local and purchase our products. We are eternally grateful your support, thank you!

Dimzique Jewellery seeks to incorporate sustainable socio-economic development into the business through the empowerment of local women, youth and people with disabilities from within marginalized communities.
As trusted partners to the business, they have been up-skilled and undergone meticulous training and development over the years to ensure that they can masterfully produce any of the intricate Dimzique Jewellery range.

The success of Dimzique Jewellery is rooted in the commitment and support of its creative partners and the mentorship programs we have had the fortune of participating in. This includes the Craft and Design Institute (CDI), SEDA, Tsogo Sun Entrepreneurs and Siyakha in partnership with the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway Company, to mention but a few.
It was through one of these opportunities that Dimzique Jewellery placed in the top 3 of the Tsogo Sun Entrepreneur of the Year in 2019, an achievement that we are incredibly proud of.
Also in 2019, Dimzique Jewellery also had the opportunity to showcase its creative design capabilities by designing a catwalk range for the Torino Fashion Week in Italy,through the 100% sponsorship support by the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA).

LESSONS
We offer beading lessons for school children. This soft skill teaches them hand-eye coordination and dexterity and comes in handy for their creative art projects. As a safety precaution this service will not be on offer during the Covid-19 pandemic. Contact us for more information.
